We hold account details (practice name, email address, postcode), the price rows you upload or accept into your account, billing identifiers from Stripe — never card data — and the published price lists we read, together with their source URLs and the dates we read them.

Public price lists are read from pages a practice publishes openly, and we record only the price lines and their provenance. Where we hold a figure attributed to a practice, that practice is the source of it; a practice may ask us to correct or delete its rows at any time.

Data lives on servers provided by Fly.io (US-Virginia) with the database on an encrypted-at-rest volume; payments are handled by Stripe, Inc.; transactional email is sent through Amazon SES. One session cookie; no analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party embeds.

Account records are kept while the account is open and deleted within 30 days of cancellation on request; backups age out within 7 days. Crawled pages and the price rows derived from them are kept while they are part of the published benchmark, and are deleted on a practice's request.
