Terms of service

Vet Fee Benchmark is a UK veterinary fee benchmark published at vet-benchmark.fly.dev by ALGD LTD, company number NI744090, 121 Glencam Road, Omagh, Tyrone, BT79 7HB, United Kingdom ("we", "us"), contact support@algd.store.

A practice account costs £39/mo, flat, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. During the pilot the deployment runs in Stripe test mode: no card is charged and no subscription starts.

What we publish is derived from price lists that veterinary practices publish on their own websites, together with the source URL and the date each figure was read. Prices are reproduced as published and may have changed since; we do not guarantee that a published price is the price you would be charged, or that a service is available on the same terms. The benchmark is a market picture, not a quotation, and not veterinary advice.

You own the records you create and may export them at any time; we process them to run the service. The service is provided on a best-efforts basis and is not a substitute for your own professional or regulatory judgement.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude liability for consequential loss.

If a practice believes a price recorded against it is wrong or out of date, it can ask us to correct or remove it at support@algd.store. We will act on a correct request and recompute any published band that the row affected.

You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period and export stays available for 30 days after that.
